Jerad Rector, President and Broker at Worldwide Commercial, PLLC, started the company in 2010 after working for national and international commercial real estate firms focused on corporate portfolio clients. Prior to starting Worldwide Commercial, Jerad worked as the Vice President of Business Development at The Stone Group, an Austin, TX based commercial real estate firm. He joined The Stone Group where he helped launched their Dallas office and was responsible for overseeing business development activities for local and national portfolio accounts. Before then, Jerad worked as a Business Development Manager for Mohr Partners, a Dallas based corporate real estate services firm with international capabilities.
Jerad has transacted over $500,000,000 in office, medical office and apartments including a 3 property, 962-unit apartment portfolio.
Jerad is an active member of the North Texas Commercial Association of REALTORS (NTCAR), a volunteer coach for his daughters’ soccer teams and a volunteer donor with Carter Blood Care. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications. In 2016-2022, DCEO Magazine named Jerad Rector a Power Broker.

Tyler brings his skills from four years as a real estate accountant, two years of real estate project planning, and five plus years of marketing experience to Worldwide Commercial. Tyler’s primary focus will be sourcing investment sale listings using his diverse background to help with underwriting and marketing of the properties.
Prior to joining Worldwide Commercial, Tyler worked at Stream, Lincoln, and CBRE as a real estate accountant. He has also helped Quiktrip, PrimeLending, Hilltop Securities, and Plains Capital Bank find the best locations for their branches. Alongside the above real estate experience, he has owned and operated his own drone videography business highlighting property sales and development around the DFW area.
Tyler is a graduate from University of Arkansas with a degree in accounting and marketing. Growing up in Tulsa, Oklahoma with the focus of his playing competitive hockey at the junior and collegiate level. Once hockey ended, he got into commercial real estate utilizing his diverse accounting and branding skillset and hasn’t looked back.

Kolton was born and raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He is a University of Arkansas graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Enterprise Resource Planning. While attending college, Kolton was a part of the Razorback Golf Team. After college, he pursued his passion for golf by competing professionally on a number of different tours. Following his golf career, Kolton joined the family jewelry business where he focused on custom jewelry design and sales.

early 2019. Being from the neighboring state of Louisiana, Texas quickly became a

Certified Natural Health Practitioner and holds a bachelor’s degree in Communicative
Disorders.Laura has an extensive business background, successfully running a thriving, well-
known Child-Development Center in Lafayette, Louisiana for many years. Laura has
also owned a few small businesses of her own and utilized those businesses to not only

Henry Drought, based in San Antonio, will be expanding the Company’s Market Presence into San Antonio and surrounding markets with his primary focus on Multifamily Investment Sales. Henry, who was born and raised in San Antonio as a fifth-generation Drought, brings responsive, engaged service and excellent market/industry knowledge to secure the best possible deal terms possible for all of his clients.
Henry graduated from Alamo Heights High School and went on to earn his Economics Degree from Southern Methodist University. He started his career in Corporate Finance roles in the Oil & Gas Industry, and continued on with his education earning his MBA from The University of the Incarnate Word.
Prior to joining Worldwide Commercial, Henry worked at 3CM Multifamily as Director of Asset Management where he oversaw fourteen Multifamily Deals Close, totaling over $175M in Assets and over 2,350 doors within two years.
Henry has also created a CRE Team within Drought Properties, a property management company originally belonging to The Guy Chipman Company. Henry successfully closed seventeen deals in the first year with a sales volume over $10 million and GCI over $287,000. Henry went on to create Henry Drought Commercial, LLC, a business broker entity, where he completed over $15 million in sales during the first quarter in business.
Henry remains connected to the SA Market where he is a member of the Order of the Alamo and the San Antonio German Club. In Henry’s free time, he enjoys traveling, is very health- conscious, and likes spending quality time with family and friends. And, whenever the opportunity arises, Henry enjoys taking his son, Cinco Drought, out to his family’s ranch north of Boerne.

Christian serves the Austin and Central Texas marketplace as a thirty-year resident. With a
background equally blended with business and creativity, Christian brings a unique perspective
to multifamily investment sales. He cut his teeth as the owner of a small brick and mortar
business for 17 years which steeped him in leading a team, customer service, and solving client
needs.
Christian started his real estate journey as a single-family and commercial investor in 2006 and
launched as an agent in 2012. Starting with single-family purchase, sales, and leasing, Christian
moved into the multifamily space serving four years as a Multifamily broker with LS Realty
Advisors.
Another lifelong pursuit has been writing and performing music. Starting in his hometown of
Oklahoma City he relocated to Austin’s vibrant music scene in the 90s, releasing several albums
on major and independent labels and touring the world.
Between deals, he can be found at local music venues or on the trails with his wife and daughter
in North Austin.
Mr. Kyle is a member of ABOR, TAR, and NAR, and is currently a candidate pursuing the CCIM

She’s an experienced commercial real estate agent with a vast knowledge in real estate transactions, negotiations, and processes. She specializes in Multifamily Sales and Investments. She’s attained knowledge in marketing along with acquiring multifamily properties with her years of commercial real estate experience.
Deepika is well connected in the multifamily industry. She has access to a large database of multifamily buyer groups, which have a great track record of closing deals on time without re-trading. She is a Multifamily Investor/Owner; in addition to, a GP with assets of 487 units in both Houston and Corsicana Texas. In addition to, being a limited partner owning 246 units in Richland Hills, Texas.
She has a master’s degree in Computer Applications. Previously, she worked in information technology for Fortune 500 companies on multi-million-dollar projects. Deepika is an active member in both the Texas Association of Realtors and North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors.

Niveen Widyan is the commercial leasing manager for Independence Medical Center in Plano, TX. After spending over a decade working in real estate for companies such as Coldwell Banker, Marcus Millichap, Marriott International Inc, Equity Residential and Irvine Company, Niveen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience as well as a strong pedigree to her work.
Niveen knows what truly drives excellent customer service, and it is not mastering the marketing flavor of the week. It is how well you connect with the people you are trying to help, communicate your understanding back to them, and help them achieve their goals.
She has developed a strong skill set and earned recognition in her real estate career, including being awarded customer satisfaction rewards and being recognized for her high closing ratio 35% to 40% in leasing. Niveen has experience working on complex projects, including commercial eminent domain assignments, in Los Angeles and the DFW market.
Niveen holds a California Real Estate License, Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and a BA in English Literature from Zaytoonah University of Jordan.

Brad McDaniel was born and raised in Odessa, TX where he played sports throughout his childhood and high school. He has a leader mindset and enjoys being part of a team. As a natural leader, Brad served as team captain throughout his years of playing sports. He has a niche for making his peers around him better and wanting his teammates to thrive and succeed. Brad graduated from the University of Texas Permian Basin with a Business Finance Degree with a Concentration in Energy.
At the age of 25 he successfully managed an oil and gas company in west Texas. By the age of 30, he partnered with some friends to buy an electric company to facilitate infrastructure repairs and construction projects across the country and in Puerto Rico. Since then, Brad with his entrepreneurial spirt started a successful solar EPC solar company that focusses on building projects for schools across the country.
Brad believes in bringing good positive energy in whatever he does and really likes to network and help people in all fascists of life. He is currently involved with the Multifamily Mindset Group and has helped source apartment syndication deals across the country. He has a passion for Commercial Real Estate and would like to eventually open his own Health and Wellness Training Facility.
