Henry Drought, based in San Antonio, will be expanding the Company’s Market Presence into San Antonio and surrounding markets with his primary focus on Multifamily Investment Sales. Henry, who was born and raised in San Antonio as a fifth-generation Drought, brings responsive, engaged service and excellent market/industry knowledge to secure the best possible deal terms possible for all of his clients.
Henry graduated from Alamo Heights High School and went on to earn his Economics Degree from Southern Methodist University. He started his career in Corporate Finance roles in the Oil & Gas Industry, and continued on with his education earning his MBA from The University of the Incarnate Word.
Prior to joining Worldwide Commercial, Henry worked at 3CM Multifamily as Director of Asset Management where he oversaw fourteen Multifamily Deals Close, totaling over $175M in Assets and over 2,350 doors within two years.
Henry has also created a CRE Team within Drought Properties, a property management company originally belonging to The Guy Chipman Company. Henry successfully closed seventeen deals in the first year with a sales volume over $10 million and GCI over $287,000. Henry went on to create Henry Drought Commercial, LLC, a business broker entity, where he completed over $15 million in sales during the first quarter in business.
Henry remains connected to the SA Market where he is a member of the Order of the Alamo and the San Antonio German Club. In Henry’s free time, he enjoys traveling, is very health- conscious, and likes spending quality time with family and friends. And, whenever the opportunity arises, Henry enjoys taking his son, Cinco Drought, out to his family’s ranch north of Boerne.

Brad McDaniel was born and raised in Odessa, TX where he played sports throughout his childhood and high school. He has a leader mindset and enjoys being part of a team. As a natural leader, Brad served as team captain throughout his years of playing sports. He has a niche for making his peers around him better and wanting his teammates to thrive and succeed. Brad graduated from the University of Texas Permian Basin with a Business Finance Degree with a Concentration in Energy.
At the age of 25 he successfully managed an oil and gas company in west Texas. By the age of 30, he partnered with some friends to buy an electric company to facilitate infrastructure repairs and construction projects across the country and in Puerto Rico. Since then, Brad with his entrepreneurial spirt started a successful solar EPC solar company that focusses on building projects for schools across the country.
Brad believes in bringing good positive energy in whatever he does and really likes to network and help people in all fascists of life. He is currently involved with the Multifamily Mindset Group and has helped source apartment syndication deals across the country. He has a passion for Commercial Real Estate and would like to eventually open his own Health and Wellness Training Facility.
